USA Honour Bestowed on Charley Boyter
Congratulations to Charley on his recent invitation by the Iowa National Traditional Country Music Association to be inducted into their Hall Of Fame in 2011.
Charley Boyter has been included in the 2011 Queens Birthday Honours.
The Governor General has approved the award of the medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for service to the performing arts as a country music entertainer.
I would firstly like to thank Sandra, Sharon, Allan and the rest of my family for their encouragement, advice, hard work and support.
I feel very proud but humbled to be awarded with this honour, especially for doing something that I really loved doing all these years with people that i've really enjoyed meeting and working with.
I am very grateful to a part of the Bush Ballad and Country Music industry, and I acknowledge all the support and help Ive had from other entertainers, my band members, musicians, peers, radio presenters, festival organisers, media personnel and especially, our supporters.
I would also like to thank the people who nominated me and did the hard work that has resulted in me receiving this award.

THANK YOU ALL

Charley Boyter

We also hope to catch up with you at some of our shows in the future. All shows are mentioned in our gig page.
Waddo and myself have finally released our new duet album, Down a Different Track. The album is a bit different to our normal sound but is selling very well.
